You might remember that Stacy won our Backsides contest this summer and as part of that she is our guest designer this month! One of the special things about Stacy's pages is the way she follows a concept from her pictures through her designs. Her pages truly tell a story in every way and as you will see she is a pretty awesome at making cards and altered projects too! We are always thrilled to see Stacy's beautiful work and I know you will be inspired to see how she used some of the new Webster's Pages products.
You can find out more about Stacy and see her projects with Webster's Pages
here and by checking out her blog:

Here is some information about Stacy, in her own words:
"My name is Stacy Cohen and I live in Los Angeles, California with my loving husband and our two wonderful little daughters. My girls are the inspiration for all my creative projects . . . I call them my little muses.
In addition to being a wife, mom and crafter, I also work part-time as an insurance agent specializing in health and life insurance. I work with my mother and we always have fun together, so that makes work not seem like “work.”
I started scrapbooking in September of 2004 and I have been hooked ever since. Scrapbooking is my hobby, addiction and “therapy” (although my husband would probably say that buying all my scrapbooking supplies is my hobby, addiction and therapy . . . and he’s sort of right about that). I’m a very slow scrapper, often spending several nights on one layout. I love to fuss over all the little details and get everything “just right.” I always wonder what I did with all my free time before discovering this wonderful hobby!
I’ve been a big fan of Webster’s Pages for a while now, so I am beyond thrilled to be the guest designer this month!!"
Please join me in welcoming Stacy as our guest designer. Here is one of Stacy's pages she created for us using the new Nature's Storybook papers:

and here is a fantastic card that uses the Postcards from Paris papers:

You can find more of her lovely work this month in the
gallery.
We thought it would be fun for the design team to "scraplift" some of Stacy's previous pages. We hope you enjoy looking at these, as much as the design team enjoyed creating them.
These are Stacy's pages we asked the design team to interpret:
Princess

Just Cheeky

and these are the takes from our wonderful design team:
from Lucy - notice how she uses fabric to achive the shape that Stacy did - similar and totally unique at the same time:

from Anabelle - check out her beautiful paper pleats and her mix of papers that get the beach tone just perfect:

from Jaz - I adore how Jaz took inspiration from the larger photo grouping and smaller embellishment grouping on Stacy's Just Cheeky page (and seriously you have to take a close look at Jaz's amazing details):

from Iris - this is our new winter line - props to Iris for seeing the versatility in this line and for creating this beautiful page:

Thanks so much to the design team and a great big thank you to Stacy for inspiring us with her beautiful pages!
