Please welcome November guest designer Karola Witczak!

When Karola first started posting here, I could not believe that I had not seen her work. How could I have not heard about someone this talented? She has a style that is soft and beautiful, interesting and unique. She makes gorgeous pages and cards and she has become one of my biggest inspirations! I've been emailing Karola for a few months now to set this up, and she is as lovely as her projects and I am thrilled to share her creations with you, as well as her words about her scrapping journey.

You can find out more about Karola and see her projects with Webster's Pages here and by checking out her blog: http://www.karolakraftuje.blogspot.com/.

Here is some information about Karola, in her own words:

"Hello Everyone! My name is Karola Witczak, and I live in Gorzów Wlkp. in West Poland with my wonderful husband Marcin and our cute daughter Rose, who is 5 years old this year. My small family is my big muse, from them I get the love and inspiration to share our stories.

I started digital scrapbooking in 2004, and when my little one born I started scrapping paper layouts and albums. Since 2006 I've been a owner and founder ScrapLab, Scrapbooking Laboratory, the first scrapbooking workshop in Poland, where we create custom orders (albums, home decor, cards, etc.) and teach scrapbooking. This year I changing my priority, leaving ScrapLab, but scrapbooking still is my big passion, my work and my love. I am still scrapping, creating classes, teaching and designing, but now I live slowly, with more happiness, and I have started some new projects.

I am slow scrapper and I can made one layout looooong hours. I love to try wonderful products, papers and embellies, but I'm not totally obssesed with every new supply. Sometimes 2 pretty papers is enough for one page, and very often I used simplicity and basic materials for scrapping. I love pastel, muted colors, feminine and shabby chic embellies, and all which is flourished, romantic, airy, magical. I have obssesion with birds, birdhouses, trees, houses and butterflies - these motifs are my favorite. Yes, I am totally romantic person and what is about my love for Webster's Pages. I'm a big Webster's Pages fan from first sight and this invitation to guest design is an awesome opprotunity and a dream come true for me! Thank you so much, I am absolutely happy and appreciate it!"

Please join me in welcoming Karola our guest designer. Here is one of Karola's pages she created for us using the new Postcards from Paris papers:

This is one of her beautiful cards:

Definitely check out her gallery to see more of the beautiful work that Karola created for us this month: Karola's Page

Some of our design team used Karola's pages as inspiration to create new pages too. We told them to use one of these beautiful pages as inspiration:

Amy Tara Koeppel came up with this stunning page which has the same sense of balance as Karola's page. What a great way to showcase Amy Tara's beautiful photography:

Jaz Lee Soo Hui uses a lot of fun clusters similar to Karola and take a look at her version of the flower - amazing!

Lucy Edson created this amazing page using some hand cut images, a technique both Lucy and Karola are fond of.

Iris Babao Uy also often works with soft colors similar to Karola. In this case Iris used a embellishment cluster made up of several horizontal items like Karola did but she added some of her trademark whimsy too!

Here is my take on one of Karola's pages. I took inspiration from the size of Karola's photo (a little smaller than I normally use) and title placement. I was inspired by her design to use our Winter's Wings vellum which has a similar feel to the way she placed some of her cut images.

Huge thank you to Karola, and also to our wonderful design team!
