February guest designer Lynn Yen joins us from Singapore where she is a educator. Her projects capture her wonderful spirit - optimistic, appreciative and beautiful inside and out. Her gallery is truly gorgeous and we are delighted to have her join us this month.
You can find out more about Lynn and see her projects with Webster's Pages here and by checking out her blog.
Here is some information about Lynn, in her own words.
"Hi I'm Lynn Yen from Singapore. I enjoy papercrafting and learning musical instruments. I'm an educator who is passionate about teaching!
One and a half years into scrapbooking, I'm still fascinated with what we can do with papers! I love the shabby-chic, romantic and vintage style and I'm thankful that Webster's Pages have everything that I love!
I fell in love with Webster's Pages the moment I saw them 9 months ago and I've never looked back. Every paper has been designed with the loveliest designs I've ever seen.
Besides layouts, I love to alter items and make cards for my loved ones. They always squeal in delight when I make something for them, be it a card or a layout! This is what scrapping is all about, besides keeping your memories beautiful, you make others happy with your handmade gifts! Thanks Brandin, Terri and the amazingly supportive community for giving me this wonderful opportunity to be your guest designer for February. I'm so honored and grateful to share my work with you!"
Please join me in welcoming Lynn as our guest designer, and take a look at some of the the gorgeous projects she created for us this month. You can see more in her gallery .

We shared two of our favorite pages from Lynn with our design team, and as you can see they were inspired to create some fabulous projects. These are the two pages we picked from Lynn's gallery.

I love that Jaz also used some ink as Lynn often does, and she has a similar photo placement to Lynn's Love Knows Not What Time It Is page. It gives a wonderful artsy feel to the page to this whmisical, beautiful page.

Lucy used some of the vertical lines similar to the second page, and can I just say how much I love her handwriting in the corner. I like how Lucy also used the flowers as the perfect accents.

Anabelle used lots of layering on this beautiful card and look at how she was inspired to edge it. Thanks Anabelle for showing us how you can use a page as inspiration for a card!

Amy Tara used some of the same colors as Lynn did on her Happiness Within page to make this page just perfect for a page about the men in her life. Notice how you can add some bling and have it work great on a page like this.

I adore how Iris was inspired to use paint and these fabulous embellishment clusters. I also love the perfect placement of the tree and if you notice Lynn also used some wonderful nature-inspired elements on her pages.

One of the things I love about Lynn's projects is that she is not afraid to play with color. Neither is Steph and her use of color on this page takes my breath away.

Karola used a light background like Lynn did in the pages we selected, and then used pieces of patterned paper for a big impact. Absolutely beautiful page!

Like Lynn, Ellen found ways to make her page pop with great edges. Whether a sticker, trim or a few snips with a scissor, fancy edges add a real wow factor to a page.

Thank you so much to Lynn for joining us this month! I love your style and am sure I will spend many more hours looking through your beautiful gallery. A huge thanks to our incredibly talented design team for showing us different ways to be inspired by Lynn's lovely pages.
