I am back to announce the winner of the October challenge but firstly I would like to thank all of the entrants for taking part in my challenge. You have all inspired me so much and added BEAUTIFUL projects to the gallery here for us all to enjoy. Thank you everybody!

It has been a really tough job choosing a winner this month. I was touched by all of the journalling  on your pages and the wonderful stories you have shared. I love that the projects all used the All About Me in such  different and individual ways...you rock!!

Hello fellow Webster’s Pages fans!

It’s Emma here from the DT with October’s Monthly Challenge. I am really excited and just a little bit nervous to be hosting this month’s challenge, so I hope you join in the fun!

I was lucky to have chosen October as my host month way back in February, when the DT were getting into their stride. Although I knew the theme would be ‘All About Me’ I didn’t know that Brandin was designing such a stunning collection to go with the name. The ‘All About Me’ collection is a perfect mix of bold designs suitable for scrapping both girls and boys. The red, greens, blues, cream and brown are both zingy AND subtle all rolled into one collection.

 

 

 

So my challenge to you is to use the ‘All About Me’ collection to create a page that tells me ‘all about’ ....the person on the page.  Think of things that you would like to remember....such as a list of favourite things as shown on this layout featuring my son:

 

My Son lists his favourites as:  Converses, We Are The Ocean (a band), Minecraft, Sleeping, Physics and takeaway food! I’m not sure that listing takeaway food is complimentary about my cooking....but it is where he is at aged 15! Something to remember though!

 

 

On this page, I use the space to speak about my feelings for life right now. It’s all about me and what I love :)

 

You could also choose to list a few achievements, weaknesses or personality traits too. It’s about getting to know the person on the page as they are right now!

You do not have to scrap about yourself (although that would be nice)....you can choose anyone dear  to you.

 

Let´s see the details:

 October Challenge

 1.       Create a layout using ‘All About Me’ paper collection. You must explain a little ‘about’ the person on the page too J  The majority of your project must contain Webster’s Pages products.

2.        You should post your project in the gallery under the file name "October Challenge - (title of your project)" and  post a link in this thread.

3.       The challenge will be open from October 1st 2011 to October 31st, 12 midnight PST.

The prize will be winner’s choice of Webster’s Pages Paper Collection
