We are so excited! This month we have Stephanie Garbett as our Guest Designer. Stephanie's work is gorgeous. She loves to layer her papers, cut outs, flowers and embellishments and does so in such unique ways! Her pages are filled with texture and lovely design elements. We know you are going to be as inspired by the projects she shared with us as we were!
Let’s get to know Stephanie a bit better:
Hello. My name is Stephanie Garbett. I live in England with my wonderful husband, Matthew, and our two beautiful daughters, Megan and Sophie. I am so honored to have been asked to be a guest designer for the best paper manufacturer /scrapbooking company -may I say- in the world! Ever since Webster’s started I have been in awe with everything they create. As a scrapbooker of two growing girls, I have constant ideas on how I can preserve the next memory or milestone and Webster’s products make this so easy to achieve. I have been scrapbooking since March 2006. I love this hobby. I have had so many family commitments over the last few months that I have not done as much scrapbooking as I would have liked. After doing this design team spot, I want to make time again. So thank you once again for this wonderful opportunity! xxx
Stephanie worked with the Western Romance and Botanical Christmas lines for her projects this month. Check these out!

The texture on this page is amazing! Look how she folded the paper and added those gorgeous clusters!
Love the fun design on this page! Look how she rolled the paper in the corners! So pretty!
Another beutiful page! I love how she used the mailbox from the Western Romance papers and tied in the sweet title with it! And those yellow Bloomers just pop off the page!
How fun is this wall decoration? I love how she turned the plain clipboard into something wonderful. The little pocket made from the Fabric Tag is just adorable!
This month, the DT had the pleasure of lifting Stephanie’s work. Here are the two layouts that we drew inspiration from:
Jaz chose to lift Stephanie’s design, but added her own twist to it. She loved Stephanie’s layers and chose to create her page using lovely paper cut outs and lace.
Julie: I just loved Stephanie's layered, linear, cluster style and the white space she acheives with her layouts. Thanks for the great inspiration Stephanie!!
Mitsue loved Stephanie’s use of white space and chose to add plenty of it on her page.
Anabelle: I love Stephanie’s beautiful style. My lift mimics her use of lots of layers and lots of white space. This is a technique that I love to use, too!
Emeline: I adore Stephanie's great sense of style and her use of black as a contrast for her pages.
Emma: I adore Steph's work. She has very clean, graphic style often offset with black. I chose to use the strong design of her layout as a sketch and used a grey and black border to my page. Thank you Steph for the inspiration. I am 'over the moon' to have you join us here as GDT
Tomoko: Stephanie's style is beautiful! I love how she places her embellishments so perfectly balanced. I was inspired by one of her layouts, "Vacation". Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful work with us, Stephanie!!
Iris: Steph’s style really caught my eye because of her very clean and balanced approach to design. I tried my best to emulate her style by keeping my base paper clean and by selecting a few but well chosen embellishments to complete my page. You are an amazing source of inspiration Steph! Thank you for being our guest designer this month.
Gerry:I was inspired to create this layout by Steph`s unique style. Loved her layering, attention to detail, fussy cutting and adding black accents to her embellishments! Thank you, Steph for the inspiration!
Steph: I love Steph's beautful clean simplicity, the way she uses white space and her use of geometric lines. This lift was a such challenge for me, I just wanted to add and add, but It was so refreshing creating a layout in somebody elses style and I love the result. I have used the beautiful digital flowers as my hybrid element, changed the hue and printed onto transparency.
We are so excited to have Stephanie with us this month! Thanks for the wonderful inspiration, Stephanie!!
Best Wishes from everyone here at Webster's Pages!

Trudi's layout is an absolute stunner. I love the hand-cut bird cages, the clever use of white space and the clusters of elements that make this layout classically Webster's Pages. Her tidbits of Everyday Poetry make me want to get creating right this second...you can grab this collection (and several others) over at our website. Thanks, Trudi for inspiring me today!
