Nadia...what can I say except that everyone here at Webster's Pages and at inspireME has beeen inspired by Nadia's work! With her lush layers, her gorgeous and classic photos combined with heartfelt journaling and unique page structures, Nadia has been a favorite since she first came to inspireME! Her work keeps us on our toes and helps us see our products through different eyes. Truly unique she is. Let's learn a bit about Nadia in her own words:
Hi there! I 'm Nadia Cannizzo..originally from Greece, but now calling Sydney, Australia home. I am a mummy to 2 little girls, a primary school teacher and a wife to my hubby of 12 years. In 2011 I am fortunate to be on the Design Team for Color Combos Galore, My Scrapbook Nook, Bird Is The Word, Kraft It Up, Pretty Paper Petals, The Studio Challenges, Show Us Your Stuff and Lets's Capture These Sketches. I have been scrapping for about 2 years and I really cannot define my style. I scrap in many different ways, but some things you will always find on my pages are flowers, layers, fussy cutting and journalling, journalling, journalling!! I write straight from the heart and I rarely complete a page without some kind of message on it and that's probably why I started by own sketch challenge blog this year with a focus on journalling called Once Upon A...Sketch!. I want my girls to know that they are LOVED that they are WANTED and that I could never live my life without them...As cliché as that sounds, that is my story and I want to document it through scrapbooking. I want to thank Webster's Pages for giving me this opportunity to design for them and for the absolutely gorgeous and generous materials they sent me to work with! I often say that Webster's Pages was born for me because I create with such ease when I create with Webster's Pages. They help me tell my story just that bit easier..So from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!!!

We asked Nadia to dig into her creative soul and coax the most out of our Yacht Club and Ladies&Gents lines....and trust me, she did not fail to complete her task. Take a peek at these incredible projects:
Nadia put homespun creativity to use on our Yacht club line. Look at what she did with the Bloomers! She created a whole new type of flower with a roses little whimsie in the middle! Love it!
Nadia shows us her flair for all things romantic and shabby with our Ladies&Gents line. Her signature luscious layers and her handwritten journaling..what's not to love?
Nadia is also an avid and talented card maker. Look at these:
See what I mean?? Gorgeous works of art!!!
Needless to say our Design Team was thrilled when they found out that Nadia was to be our guest and that they were going to scraplift one of Nadia's following projects:
Talk about an incredible starting point, right? Here are the design team members creations based off of these gorgeous layouts:
Jaz: Inspired by Nadia's layout "sugar babies", I love her layering work, placement of photos and how she focused on the colour of the photos that she used. Thank you Nadia for making this lift so fun :)
Iris: was inspired by her color schemes and unique photo placement.
Julie: I was very inspired by Nadia's layers!! She is not afraid of piling it on, cutting it up and just going for it!
Tomoko: I was inspired by Nadia's layerings. I just love how she puts her details in the perfect position. And how she makes her journaling as a part of the art is stunning!!! Thank you Nadia for the inspiration!
Gabi: This l/o isn't a direct lift but I really was inspired by the way Nadia uses inking on her layouts and the way she journals directly onto her page. I tried to follow this design idea in my layout using some blue & yellow inks and by journaling directly on my background at the top of the page. Thanks Nadia for the wonderful inspiration! Your work is beautiful!
Emeline: Nadia's layering is undeniably inspiring! Also, I adore how she uses unusual shapes to bring her layouts onto another level. Thanks for the inspiration ! =)
Mitsue: I love how Nadia how she creates the beautiful contrast and brightness to her layout. Thanks for the inspiration! Your work is truly beautiful!
Emma: Congratulations on the GDT Nadia! I am so elated to have the chance to lift your beautiful work. I chose to combine the two sample layouts into one 'Nadia-esque' page. I really enoyed making this page. Thank you for the inspiration!
Anabelle: Nadia's work is amazing. I chose to do a page with lots of layers, framing the photo like she did. I also handwrote directly on the page.
Gerry: Nadia`s beautiful style inspired me to create this layout. I just love the details in her work, all the layering she does and fussy cutting! Thank you, Nadia for the inspiration!
Inspired by Nadia´s "Sugar babies layout" I created this layout. I love how happy and colorful Nadia´s page is, so I simply tried to recreate the fairytale using some food elements too. Congrats on the GDT Nadia!
Larissa: was inspired by her layout design and journaling:
Thank you so much Nadia for sharing your talents with us and for your continued support and friendship here at inspireME, you are are huge part of our community! Trudi's layout is an absolute stunner. I love the hand-cut bird cages, the clever use of white space and the clusters of elements that make this layout classically Webster's Pages. Her tidbits of Everyday Poetry make me want to get creating right this second...you can grab this collection (and several others) over at our website. Thanks, Trudi for inspiring me today!
